This firmware update improves VMS pump support and fixes several scheduling issues to ensure filtration, Economy mode, and spa data reporting work as expected.

🔧 Bug fix

  • Filtration reliability with VMS pump: Fixed an issue that could prevent scheduled filtration from running as expected with a VMS variable-speed pump.

  • Control VMS pump from the app: Fixed an issue where pump controls could be missing from the app on certain configurations.

  • Schedule reliability with k1000 keypads: Fixed a 24-hour offset affecting scheduled filtration and Economy mode start times.

  • Schedule reliability with Button keypads: Fixed an issue preventing filtration and Economy mode from starting and stopping at the correct time on supported button keypads.

  • Spa data reliability with in.touch 3+: Fixed an issue that could trigger a false "Spa Stopped Checking In" alert and prevent water temperature history from being displayed in the app.

Deployment details

  • The rollout is currently ongoing and is expected to be completed by July-31th, 2026

  • This update will deploy automatically to connected in.touch 3 devices.

  • Note: This is a firmware update for in.touch 3 hardware, not an app update.
